Delivery conditions: after payment, the reservation is confirmed to the client in writing to the e-mail address entered in the reservation form.

All prices are in CZK. The spa reserves the right to change the prices. Your reservation has to be paid up before you undergo a chosen procedure. The client must show up for their procedure at an agreed time, ideally 15 minutes in advance. If the client fails to appear within 20 minutes from an agreed time, their reservation is automatically considered cancelled and the spa is authorized to cater to another client.

The duration of the procedure is indicated in the description of each specific procedure. People up to and including 18 years of age may enter the spa only when accompanied by an adult and cannot consume any alcoholic beverages. Opening hours are daily from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm.

Changing the date of the procedure: Changing the date of the procedure is charged in the amount of CZK 500.

Cancellation conditions: In accordance with Section 1837(l) of the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the civil code, as amended, your order cannot be cancelled. In the event that the SPA service was not provided due to circumstances beyond the SPA Operator's control, a refund will not be issued. Instead, the customer will be offered an alternative date for the service, a different address for the procedure, the possibility to replace the paid procedure with another one that can be provided, or a gift voucher with unlimited validity will be issued. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, viral epidemics, natural disasters, hotel or SPA zone closure due to repairs, force majeure situations, and other events beyond the SPA Operator's control. These terms comply with the service provision rules and are designed to protect the rights of both customers and service providers.

The Spa Operator is entitled to refuse a client when comes drunk (the decisive factor is an alcohol tester, which showed values higher than 0.1 ‰ alcohol). In this case, the operator will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of the procedure.

Processing of personal data: By completing the booking, the client confirms that he is more than 18 years old, that information given are to be used for further processing Spa Operator for the purpose of reservation processing and communication concerning the reservation.

Medical restrictions: Persons allergic to proteins, yeast, hops, pregnant women, persons suffering from high blood pressure or cardiovascular diseases should consult their physician before taking a procedure.

Operating conditions and compensation for damage: For safety reasons, it is forbidden to manipulate with any equipment, excluding the beer tap. The client agrees to pay the Spa Operator the full amount for the repair of any damage caused by the client. It is prohibited to use electric outlets and connect any appliances to them. Smoking and manipulation with fire is strictly forbidden in the entire spa premises. Violation of this rule is fined by an amount equal to the price of the treatment and value of damage. It is forbidden to make any sort of erotic recordings in the whole spa premises. In the event that any such material shall be published, the spa shall demand financial compensation for damage to its reputation. The clients acknowledge that the floor on the entire spa premises is slippery, that there are lowered ceilings, staircases, thresholds, and other construction features, and that they have to exercise utmost caution during the entire stay in the spa. The client acknowledges that there are cameras in the common areas of the premises and agrees that the Spa Operator may retain the camera footage in accordance with the administrator‘s obligations according to the law. If necessary, you can call the staff to your room using the bell placed inside the procedure room.

Dispute resolution - any dispute resolution is governed by applicable Czech law.
