In accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, payments are non-refundable, either in full or in part, if the service has been provided — whether fully or partially — and the client agreed to the terms in advance, including cases where the service was delivered at an external partner spa facility.

While making a reservation, you will complete a brief health history questionnaire to help the spa staff in providing you with maximum safety and comfort during your visit. We encourage you to disclose any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience.

GRAND RELAX SPA & WELLNESS offers many different treatments: more than 40 types of massages from therapists with medical education, original CZECH BEER SPA, exclusive CZECH THERLMAL SPA in Prague, Groupe packages, Accommodations, PRIVATE JET SERVICE, rehabilitation and surgical care.

In the event that the SPA service was not provided due to circumstances beyond the SPA's control, a refund will not be issued. Instead, the customer will be offered an alternative date for the service, a different address for the procedure, the possibility to replace the paid procedure with another one that can be provided, or a gift voucher with unlimited validity will be issued.


Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, viral epidemics, natural disasters, hotel or SPA zone closure due to repairs, force majeure situations, and other events beyond the service provider's control.


These terms comply with the service provision rules and are designed to protect the rights of both customers and service providers.
